Why is the Alliance separate from EdensBay?

The Alliance is a separate organization because by making it stand alone our privacy can be better served. There are member activities that do not need to be on EdensBay that serve the Alliance. Additionally, by creating the Alliance as a stand alone, with EdensBay serving it's integration with public commerce, EdensBay remains responsive to the Alliance.
Why is EdensBay an LLC?
EdensBay is an LLC because we are dealing with a general government assessment that the right to privacy is dangerous, and that our unalienable rights are instead privileges forfeit to unelected 'experts'. Therefore, our public market activity is integrated into the public system, and provides obvious evidence of its benevolent outcomes. As a Member-Owned LLC we are more flexible to co-ownership patterns, and by refusing the not-for-profit model, we remain fully in charge of the company; onerous reporting and limitations are not required as they are with not-for-profits. Additionally, as an LLC, we are more accessible to newly awakened people who are not tuned into the issues of technogrid surveillance and other harming technology advanced on society.

When will EdensBay market Beta site be open?
On June 15 2025, we officially begin seeking 250 vendors to provide proof of concept on the Beta site; these will have 6 months of free listing. Also, officially begin to attract members awaiting the Grand Opening (when subscription payment begins). To open the Beta site we will need to attract 150k in EdensBay member owner purchased shares.
When will Alliance.Land be online?
The full Alliance experience will begin after the EdensBay Grand Opening. To create the benefits described, our team has to be joined by co-owners who are aligned. Specifically membership shares in EdensBay LLC that amount to 1.5 million in value need to be claimed and purchased before the proprietary private coding can be offered, and the marketing for a robust opening serving the Alliance can occur.
What are the benefits of the Alliance?
There are many. Here are 8:

The membership is a subscription model that rewards subscriptions with internal Allied coin; members can choose any amount above their minimum obligation.

Use of the internal allied coin is a private exchange, and the coding of the Allied Coin will serve your right to buy and sell without data collection.

Outside of managing the maintenance, expansion and delivery of the Alliance PMA, the non taxable subscription revenue from membership is sent to a MotherTrust which is served by member selected trustees who oversee distribution to members' projects as selected through ranking proposals, in a governance model called PEG, proposal enactment governance.

The Alliance is structured to allow existing citizen leadership to be powered by it. Leadership of worthy organizations (there are millions), have the opportunity to use the Alliance's benefits to build their organization. Coming in as CEO's, Community Executive Organizers, they will have their own Alliance subtrust and internally selected Trustees (if their membership is robust), their own PEG proposal space, and be responsible for disbursement to specific projects decided by their Alliance Chapter.

Because the Alliance is a PMA, wherein our right to privately contract is established, protected and served, activities that are unreasonably limited in public commerce are accessible for members. For example, the right to select one's healer, absent onerous compliance procedures for both healer and healed.

By coming into an Alliance with one another, using our right to privately contract we can experience our collective safety in powerful ways. The Alliance has members specifically passionate for serving our lawful rights, upholding them and seeing that government begin to operate respectful of our God delivered liberties as the Constitution instructs it to. Other members will have the benefit of representation, and protection, while working on their own contribution to regeneration of Nature and Society.

Members will be able to exchange the Allied coin, and soon the Allied cash, which is a special gold leaf form of paper money, while building the new realm of accountability to the future generations without debt indenture or begging, by disbursement of the pool every quarter according to proposals. The power of subscription is great, by example with 100k members all contributing the minimum individual subscription for equal Allied Coin (we believe the minimum will be rare) the Mother Trust will hold approximately 7.5 million (dollars) to disburse on the next quarter, building new businesses and fulfilling existing needs.

Members will be able to use PEG to propose and select the wisest ideas, the best leadership, and to work reflexively with the changing environment of the technogrid. As membership expands, our reform of a corrupted political environment expands as well. The Alliance represents the people of the private sector who, by their membership, have the combined economic power to create wise change.
Can I work for the Alliance or EdensBay?
Yes. Our team wants your help. We believe The Alliance and EdensBay are sorely needed and desired, so we all have been working diligently without compensation so far. If you are willing to defer payment for your service, we offer a compensation package for helping to build our membership and our vendor base. These will be fully paid once the Alliance subscriptions become operative and the Vendors' sales provide revenue for EdensBay, the latter may occur in Beta Stage before the former. You can find the contract for being a member/vendor scout on the contracts page. Essentially, we budget $1000.-compensation for every 100 members that sign up through your code, and $25 for every 50 vendors, or $1,250. Someone with a social media following who can invite many hundreds can earn thousands. The leaders in this effort will be considered for more leadership roles in marketing.
In kind contributions for membership shares are evaluated by the team.
We will be hiring aligned experts in a number of professions, feel free to step up with your interest in supporting the EdensBay/Alliance start up with your specific talent. .
Is EdensBay and the Alliance only for North America?
No. We are concurrently organizing in the UK, with an eye to the privacy needs of that population in a country without the benefit of American Inalienable Rights written into perpetuity. How the Alliance is organized there may need to be within a corporate structure, rather than PMA, which members co-own by virtue of their membership dues. The world is waiting for what we offer, when leadership steps up, we will work to establish the Alliance and access to EdensBay in a variety of countries.
Why will EdensBay and the Alliance be different than the rat race?
Within the Alliance a profound method for keeping trustworthiness, honor and integrity of its members with oversight of EdensBay and its vendors exists. Called Natural Justice, it provides an easy to understand, easy to undertake and implement method of keeping membership and vendors in integrity with each other. Vendors and Members pledge an oath to contract together according to honor, and those who abandon their honor will meet the Natural Justice process. Incidentally, the Allied coin will be collateralized in 5d, upon the wellbeing, creative purpose, and essential liberties within a strongly protected peaceful realm.
Will EdensBay and the Alliance only be online?
NO! The Team is emphatically excited to bring in person EdensBay events, feasts, festivals, conferences and group builds. Through the membership, the Alliance will be in a position to purchase lands collectively in trust with wise stewardship as the measure for standing life long upon them. In fact our driving purpose is create fulfillment of mutual purpose.
