A one-time $/£75 voluntary contribution establishes lifetime beneficiary membership in EdensTrust Employee-Owned Community Capital Company.

 Contribution Disclosure

 

  1. Your MIC (Membership Initiation Contribution) supports the development of EdensBay Marketplace owned by EdensTrust Employee-Owned Community Capital Company. 

  2. Contributions are non-refundable, and no portion is held on behalf of any member or earmarked for individual use.

  3. Worktrade or inkind contributions are accepted in lieu of money.

  4. Membership may be held in active or dormant status. Dormancy reflects a pause in participation and does not terminate membership.

  5. Your MIC (Membership Initiation Contribution), while creating beneficiary status in the EdensTrust, is made without expectation or guarantee of profit, return, dividends or financial entitlement. 

  6. At a later stage, when the EdensBay Marketplace platform opens, members will be invited to opt into active participation through a Monthly Membership Contribution (MMC), anticipated at $/£35 per month.

  7. Membership Initiation creates voting and proposal rights when EdensBay Marketplace platform opens its Membership services.

  8. Participation as an active member will be optional and opt-in only.

  9. When activated, members will receive 35 Allied Coin per month as a private internal exchange receipt, as a circulatory tool for members only.

  10. The MMC is a minimal requirement for active membership, members may choose to contribute greater value for greater amount of non refundable allied coin to exchange privately amongst other members. 

  11. The MIC (Membership Initiation Contribution) is required to  make a deferred repayment loan to EdensBay Marketplace Inc. 

  12. A tax deductible contribution can be made through Global MeetingHouse NFP, and no membership is required. 

  13. Vendors can receive special terms with a loan agreement.
